Jean piaget: from the theatrical perspective, how new born babies becomes thinking adults, lived until 1980, did research on children all of his life, first published paper from when he was 14, piaget"s big question. Constructivist: children and all of us construct our own knowledge. Children try to understand the world around them and construct knowledge to understand it: make their own answers sometimes these answers are really wrong problems. Maturationist: we develop new ways of thinking when the system is ready to do this. Cognitive development unfolds in a certain order, we have to pass certain stages before going to the next: nothing can change the order or the timing.
