At age 10 heard voices for the first time. Age 14 cried herself to sleep, and experienced severe anxiety. Age 16 was still at the top of her class. October 27, 2004 called kids help phone and said she wanted to die, and was taken to the hospital. Age 17 was admitted to the psych ward at mcmaster. December 31, 2004 locked in a psych ward. June 29, 2005 the day she should have died. July 4, 2005 only sure she wants to die, feels like life is not worth living. Started to live on the streets and became detached from reality. Wanted to crucify herself with a hammer and nails. Kicked off the psych ward again for unruly behaviour. Travelled to alberta because she wanted to be in edmonton.
