Social causation neighbourhoods: people who live in urban cities report poorer mental health on the broad scale like happiness hope and optimism. It is also cyclical, it can foster more crime, more violence etc. In these neighbourhood there are more renters less owners: this results in less sense of community of rootedness and belonging, decreases trust and social cohesion, more hazard like more traffic, increases subjective stress levels.
