I am grateful to a wide variety of people . As i age i find myself more able to appreciate people, events, & situations that have been part of my life . Long amounts of time can go by before i feel grateful to something or someone : high scores = high amounts of trait gratitude, low scores = low amounts of trait gratitude. Individuals high in gratitude are low in envy: hard to be envious when you are grateful for everything you have.
