There are rules about touching but no rules about language, rules are often broken. Comments / actions of sex = creating uncomfortable working environment: women at strip clubs seem to surrender these rights to make a living. Many dancers do not directly work for the clubs where they dance; they are freelancers and as such are understood legally as their own boss. Idea of sex work has become a divided issue.
