This means that a lot of canadians must buy rrsps. A lot of ca(cid:374)adia(cid:374)"s are (cid:374)ot a(cid:271)le to do this though at this age: corporate downsizing and restructuring. Does(cid:374)"t just i(cid:373)pa(cid:272)t the lo(cid:449)-level skilled employees. Affects a lot of management and executive positions. These workers in early 50s-60s have trouble when looking for a job. Overqualification measured as the proportion of individuals with a university degree who work in occupations that require a high school education. Using this measure, 18% of university graduates (aged 25-34) were overqualified in 2011. The higher the university certification, the less likely to have a job that only requires high school.
