Climate change and its impact: long term climate change: All of this is tied to political will. There are a lot of things that we can do to address climate change: types of energy used, infrastructure, planning, agriculture, waste management. Try to understand how it adversely consequences certain groups of people. Such groups are: people involved in agriculture. Around the world especially in the global south: these two together: Know that a greater proportion of the worlds agricultural workers are female and a greater of proportion of the worlds population are female. Women are more vulnerable than men to climate change and natural disasters. Not fleeing homes in time because they are waiting for an authoritative figures to tell them how to escape. Q: which groups might be more adversely impacted by climate change: attitudes and behaviours. Economic contingency hypothesis: when economic conditions are bad people are going to be more focused on the economy.
