In order to achieve this we first need to understand the processes, forces or mechanisms that lead to inequalities. Based on the belief that the goal is to contribute to human well-being. Conditions where people can live/work/connect with society with dignity. To do this we must begin to look at situations where this is lacking i. e. impoverishment, marginalization, etc. We do this to understand how to reduce this. Look at how power is structured and how it changes. When power is used in harmful ways is when we have the problem.
