If it"s healthy after 6 weeks of checkup. Is baby being fed: gaining weight, content, being cleaned, vice versa. Larger world out there that they"re not observing and taking note of. Self extension: take the risk, walking and talking, curious about the world, reaching out, gradual extension. If we don"t respond: they develop shame and doubt. Initiative: greater sense of independence, experience new and social sphere, want to master new skills. Failure is good if you enjoy the process. Self responsibility: understand we all have skills, we need to find them and polish them, guilt.
