Make note: professor discussed how we may not do the 20% presentation but instead, An operational plan is - what are we going to do this year, to get to next year writing an operational plan as an executive director for a board of an organization. Acting with integrity means you have your own core values and adhere to them - this is not a value! It can be a bad thing, i. e. sopranos. Consider: environmental factors, employee trends, demographic, economy, member/client needs, regulations, societal trends. Consider: internal factors, organization strengths and weaknesses. Develop swot - the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the organization. Every organization uses this, i. e. a sports game plan, who injured, strong playersetc. Then the strategic plan: establish strategic intents (3-5 years)
