[self-re exivity is} a process where you critically examine the causes and effects of your ideas, words and actions. Self-re exivity for feminist necessitates an evaluation of the ways we think and act, as well as our positions of power and privilege. To be re exive means that we are fully conscious of the lenses through which we view the world the essence of re exivity is to understand how our worldview is both shaped and constrained by our subjectivity. Positionality > this may help us to understand re exivity. People"s perceptions of the world are in uenced by their personal biographies and their social locations. Some writers refer to this notion as positionality.
