We are now in the midst of two weeks of the course talking about gender-based violence. We know, statistically, that there are survivors of violence amongst us for whom this material will be personally painful and potentially triggering. Please proceed as you are able, and seek support as you need it. If you need to opt out of any of this material, let us know. For those in the class fortunate enough not to be survivors, please proceed with caution, realizing that your classmates may well be reliving their own lives of violence as they sit beside you. Part one: thinking about where to go after ws 1aa3, questions about the study guide and final exam, return of papers or anything. Else: missing and murdered indigenous women: the activist response. The green belt movement: alliance and holistic reponses to complicated issues. 8 courses, including ws 1aa3 or ws 1a03 + ws 2aa3.
