What is waste - think of it more in what is being" instead of giving a straightforward definition like it is a thing. Garbage is all that anonymous stuff falling between valued objects and dust . Things that are valued are not waste. Dust is made from humans mostly and is microscopic. People instinctively try to get as far away from the waste they produce.
