Terrorism is a violent act or threat to act violently against civilians or their property in order to achieve an end through fear and intimidation. It typically targets one group in order to influence another o o o. Primary target that carries the brunt of the violence. Secondary target that is compelled to do what it would otherwise not. Terrorists are compelled to commit terrorism because of psychological forces. Their subsequent efforts to rationalize their acts is psycho-logic. Political violence is an end in and of itself - terrorists blows up target to simply blow target life, if it means costing his or her own lives and others so be it.
