Blue light from sleep disrupts sleep quality (studies show), by increasing physiological and mental arousal= take longer to sleep) Decreased slow wave sleep- deep sleep, rem sleep. More weight gain, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, die younger. Short sleepers eat more meals, snack than burn it.
