Llcu 248: know the poems from last class handout on poetry, poem about the two grandfathers together in song. Cuban music is a mix of african music and european music. Synchronizing of two culture to make a new one: soviet union, religious expression was considered outside of the interests of the communist government. He brings together the lowest people of the society and tries to lift them up. He does this by combing catholic and marxist ideas. He writes marxist poetry: baroque movement in latin america, combining opposites in a productive dialect, argentinian writer, jorge ___ , julio cortasa, borghese?, travelled through europe, wealthy family.
