About process by which you get what you get: how one acquires stuff from nature, people, etc, people no force, no fraud: do not steal, nature do not take much: leave enough for others. Appreciation for natural resources: are the ways in gaining people and nature self-justified, rectification repaying your wrong doings. Private property rights: cannot steal property and no one can assault you because you own yourself: consent is fundamental for libertarians, need a state to protect private property rights. Problem: state does have two illegitimate things. Force people to pay for protection of others. 1: no force but to prevent violations. 2: right to private property and right against assault. Cannot force someone, do not have a right to receive my assistance. Cannot force one to assist when others are in need.
