Will kymlicka which cultures in recognition it is different for indigenous groups: national minorities, and immigrants and refugees. Pure anarchy will oppose government or state-institutions (police, army and banks) in all forms. Social relationship based on dominance through threats is illegitimate. Abhorrence of the state illegiti(cid:373)ate use of force a(cid:374)d reduci(cid:374)g people"s liberty. It has a particular view of human nature. It views human nature as optimistic and people are going to morally do good.
