Primary loyalty is to the state, not to family. Keynesian state: vast resources, more or less children of the state. Legitimacy does not have to do with individuals: example: i don"t like jt so i wont obey laws. What happens when government cannot keep promises to client/agents: agent (drug trade) creates these resources through illegal methods. Ndp + new labor party = keynesian model. American workers are paid significantly more than labor is 3rd world countries. Still develop +innovate locally high paying jobs remain.
