Ex: geographical colonization: a city taking over a suburb. Scientifically, the word has a mean as well: ex: a colonization of democracy. Across the board, colonization is directly linked with infestation: specifically, in a canadian sense. Indigenous: being native to an area: what does it mean to be indigenous". Fundamentally, a spatial relationship- the word captures this sense. Where you are from : natural home space and all of the things that come with it.
