There are 4 personality perspectives: psychodynamics, humanistic, trait, and social- cognitive. o. Personality assessments include objective tests and projective tests. Objective tests like the minnesota multiphasic inventory gets people to answer true and false questions about themselves. o. Other objective tests like the neo personality inventory measures personality factors by providing statements that a person agrees or disagrees with on a five-point scale ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree.
