Sexuality is not only about having sex but also how you feel about yourself, how you act and feel about sex, a natural and healthy part of what we do and who we are. It is an integral part of your personality, as basic element of being human. Not restricted to specific times and locations but a part of who you are at all times. A variety of other factors that play into those dimensions. World health organization (2006) working definition of sexual health is as follows: sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity. Sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination and violence.
