Most students indicated that engaging in vaginal, anal, and oral sex was not abstinent. 37% classified oral sex as abstinent: abstinence: ott et al. , 2006, abstinence was related to sexual activity, confused of its meaning, most defined it as not engaging in penile-vaginal intercourse.
