As project manager, i enjoy working with other project managers from other firms by partnering with key business stakeholders and. It resources to ensure quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments are met. I feel that an individual can"t become an efficient leader if forced upon the role rather than if they volunteer for it themselves. I"ve always volunteered to be a project manager whenever the opportunity arose, based on the amount of succession i"ve had in the past. I know for a fact that i don"t succumb under pressure but rather welcome the challenge as it gives me the opportunity to impress others including myself even more.
