Think about your current situaion, deadline, break goal into milestones. Much more likely to be successful if you do what you know, and what you are competent of doing. Feasible and see if you can manage your weaknesses. Must have tangible products and work backwards. Look at past failures, what didn"t work out. Look at what consumers what, demographics), factors that make the trends in the market. Think like a new irm which involves innovaion, lexibility, being creaive. Threats can be from anywhere in the external market. Type of products that exist in the industry. Think in terms of processes or product innovaions.
