Disciplines create silos; interdisciplinary leads to collaboration. Neither is the way to go, but things must change. One thing i believe millenials lack today are the soft-skills like networking, socializing, and having the confidence to talk about their accomplishments. Questions: what year did time magazine celebrate you as a person? . 2006: what is one definition for creativity? , as an adjective, stresses on originality and applied to products that involve novelty, what is one feature of the expert? , the status and role of knowledgeable professionals.
