What qualities in an actor would make them appealing: work ethic, desire to get better. Positions: writer: writes script, try to get it produced, producer, director, casting director: breakdown for who to suggest for roles, agent. Can represent actors, directors, writers, producers, casting directors. Good acting is true behaviour in imaginary circumstances. Talented actors create emotional reality by finding the truth of the role in themselves: have to live it and be the individual, very problematic in order to be a successful actor if you have to become the character. Method acting: creating the real emotion in yourself to become the character. Audience is willing to participate in the creative process, ex. Muppets: stillness is an effective tool, we fill i(cid:374) (cid:449)hat they"re thi(cid:374)ki(cid:374)g. Do the emotions of the character seem real.
