If schooling is done well, what it should do is break down obstacles. Allow for people to be on the same platform. Depending on where you are on the spectrum, schooling can make it worse. Is there a difference between schooling and education. How do you take someone and immerse someone into an environment where they can grow. Many people cannot afford to take days off when their child is sick. Choose when to see colour and when not to. We don"t do that, that"s only in america. Black males disciplined at higher levels based on subjective factors. Decisions are often based on subjective/objective measure. Teacher regard black males as being disrespectful , threatening , and angry . Black males are suspended 3-4 times more than white males. School socialization and discipline strategies that serve to remove children from classrooms. Limited cultural/racial representation amongst staff and curriculum. Sense of connectedness and identification with communities.
