Black-white male friendships ignore institutional racism in its part in employment, education and the justice system. Argues that racism is overstated, and can be overcome through male-bonding (b. lee artz) Criticized for brushing off racism and acting as though it doesn"t exist, although it is still very relevant. A leader is needed to accomplish the renewal: setting: margrave. President isn"t doing his job, which is to have an ideal america without crime. Reacher blows up big parts of the city, to help it restart. Happy ending, as roscoe is there to help rebuild it. He can make america great again by becoming the ideal man.
