Endemic stress: a state or condiion of coninuous and manifold changes, demands, threats, or deprivaions, frequently small - scale and embedded in daily life events. Such events, readily accumulate to produce a measurable increase in psychological strain and a measurable alteraion in social behaviour. Loss of friends, acquaintances, unchosen social interacions that can occur in shelters , hospitals, suite kitchens or just on the street.
