Learning from that, i changed our target partners to restaurants that are located mainly in downtown toronto and are less common to our commuting customers. By having restaurants that our customers can visit less frequently, we are able to provide a convenient channel for our customers to experience these new restaurants, and also introduce restaurants to new customers which is their bene t. As a result we improved our bmc because we have found partners that are interested in partnering with us: re ections, overall, i feel that this business is not viable. The reason being that our business still haven"t found a way to maintain the quality of the food, which is the main concern of all the restaurants we interviewed.
