Has to do with infrastructure and cross functional activities of a small business. All of these are outsourced infrastructure : marketing, production, accounting, human resources there are different functions within the firm - cleaning staff, accountant, lawyer, manufacturing - they play a pivotal role in making your product/service the best. Accountant & lawyer - as needed basis these are important factors; because they have certain skills. How to make things efficient, paying things, you can"t do their job by yourself if you aren"t an accountant, can save considerable funds, setting up the firm"s books (payables and receivables), accounting software. Contracts, signatures, legal matters (ie. landlord and tenants act), firing people with a cause can open up legal. Part of line of credit raw materials: paper, glue, actual document text would first be received by the firm and entered in the firm"s info. system as being available for manufacturing.
