Now we see more representations of art, graffiti is an emerged art. It uses the same qualifications that are used in other representations of art. Even pieces like urinals that may seem like it is not art it remains an art form because it was made by an artist. Art: is an elastic term that is in the eye of the beholder, the definitions of art are flexible. Any work of art is a special kind of artifact. The distinction comes in terms of purpose - an artifact is made to be utilized and serve a purpose, whereas art serves no specialized use.
