Obligation to do good to research participants conduct research that is beneficial. Respect for persons and their ability to make decisions. Procedures are administered fairly and the benefits and risks are equally distributed. Voluntary informed consent is required for research involving human subjects: consent. 1. description of the nature of the research. 2. statement that the research is voluntary and participant can withdraw any time. 4. description of how confidentiality will be protected. 6. description of what information researchers will share with participants. 7. identification of who is responsible for research with contact information.
