Every country has a great platform that suggests leisure activities that are available to each nation. It is a modern concept, for most of human history. Usually when we are not limited to work or school obligation. U. s. a. (15+) leisure time on a given day is 5. 1 hours. Of the 5. 1 hours, watching tv covers approximately half of this leisure time (2. 8 hours). Usa (15+) socializing time spent is 40 min/day. We have a remarkable database accounting for the amount of leisure time per country. Leisure time has increased since the 1980"s but it more or less the same in surveys from years 2010-2012. There is however a gender difference in leisure time. In 2010, women spent less time for leisure activities. Women spent 312 minutes/day whereas men spent 340 min/day. People aged 35-44 spend the least time in leisure activities. People ages 15-24, the time spent on leisure activities is high.
