I chose this passage because i think it"s an important part in the book because it shows how wilson is a nice man and that he only wanted to live happily with his wife myrtle. When wilson found out that his wife wasn"t faithful he was really mad at her because he loved her. He took her to the window and told her that she can"t fool god this means that even though she fooled him she won"t be able to fool god.
