Francis bond head was very angry and went against the reformers. The reforms then lost and blamed it on bond head: they believe that the assembly is not made of people who represent the people. Russell"s ten resolution: governor can spend money without assembly approval, caused many people to be upset. 1837 wanted to get meetings that will get things signed: done by mackenzie. Mackenzie believed that there needed to be a rebellion against the british government: however only a few people knew about this, mackenzie tried his best to get as many people as possible to help. Mackenzie tried to convince people that they should help, since the british troops are at lower. Canada and all they had to do was take the muskets and take control of the government. Doctor ralf and morison, they wanted prof of the people who will rebel: those people were then told the ralf and morison were the ones who were ready.
