Careerfit was an unusual assignment when it came to discovering some strengths. At the end of the assignment, we were given a report which contained our strengths, weaknesses, and personal attributes. Well reading the report, a few things surprised me. Firstly, the report mentioned that i was sensitive to sudden changes or crises at work and feel their impact deeply. i felt like this statement is wrong, i am not sensitive to any changes in any environment. I have had a lot have changes regarding work or personal life recently, and i have not felt sensitive about them. Secondly, the report mentioned that being a leader is mixed according to the evaluation. For the past six years, i have always liked taking leadership roles in any assignments or sports. I have also been offered a leadership role for burger king, but i was forced to decline due to school starting in september.
