Anything attached to land (fences and buildings) From the center of the earth to the heavens. Estates in land exclusive right to possession of real property for a period of time. Fee simple estate largest package of rights that a person can hold in land. A right a person can enforce with respect to a particular piece of land. Property rights are enforceable against the whole world, not just the person. Technically does not amount to absolute ownership but comes very close. You are entitled to possess it for an indefinite duration. You can: from whom they are acquired: sell it, lease it, give it away, keep it until you die, generally unlimited use and abuse of property. If you die and do not have a next of kin the government takes the land under the authority of the queen.
