Can"t copyright an idea but how you express it, can be copyrighted. For post-mortem rights: there are copyrights and then after those expire there are publicity rights. Book titles cannot usually be copyrighted because they are not an expression of an idea. Work original and foundation concept: musical. Song notes: compilations, artistic, maps / charts, architectural drawings, compilations, photographs, paintings. Other subject matter: performers performances, broadcasting, and makers of sound recordings. The rights: economic right, moral rights, and neighbouring rights: primary: produce, perform, publish, derivative: translate, convert from a dramatic work, convert by way of performance, make sound recording/film, cinematographic works, public exhibit. The author of the derivative works owns copyright of their work: might need to get permission from the original author. Law 723 copyrights: vest with creator, cannot be assigned, can only be waived, paternity creator has the right to be associate with the work.
