Interpersonal bonds are fragile = relationships are dispensable, as long as they are useful they stay: commitment is low, time is highly organized. If (cid:455)ou"re in a low group culture more individualist = person matters more than group. Egalitarian = everyone is on the same playing field: assumed that making sure everyone has a fair chance. Egalitarian = high group and low grid.
