Find drawing of the part assigned to your group. Make a solid model of the part using solidworks. Design an appropriate locating system for the part . Design a complete jig with appropriate locating devices, clamping systems ,drill bushings etc. Create a solidworks assembly showing how the part will be located and clamped in the jig. Complete set of drawings including individual drawings for all designed parts and an assembly drawing complete with bom. Provide a brief description of your design (max. two pages). Upload all your files as a zipped file using blackboard. Try to use as many off the shelf components as possible (three suppliers identified below) Use pack ang go command in sw to zip your sw files.
