Texture: homophonic (higher playing melody, lower strings playing accompaninant) Personal response: repetition of the same melody makes it sound like montage, going out on quest, put into suspense, sounds like a montage. Texture: elements of both homophonic (towards the end) and polyphonic (beginning) High melody line that was sustained w/o much pause = whimsical and melancholic but graceful sound to it.
