Ifyou wat your work tobe regarded as art yu mus want it sandardly, according to prior standards (correct stadad way of regarding art) He includes this becuse it narrows down wha one could call art (ie. insulating basements) Or what was considered rat before may not be cosnidered art now. Only i past art was considered art in a proper way. You don"t have to make soemthing to turn it into a work of art- all is require is for the person to have an intention into turning it art. He breaks the connection betwen creating and naming. But if you only need to have an intention of making something without isically creating it (all you have to do have athought) it makes art too trivial, no effort, etc - doesn"t see. Not on the moment fleeting thought (l says it is easy to just have those kind of thoughts)
