Jones walks into a hospital to visit his sick aunt. It turns out that here are 5 very sick people in the hospital. One of the people out of the 5 needs a heart or will die by midnight. The doctors are aware of this and they think to themselves, they can saves these lives if they use jones . One option is, we can sacrifice jones to save the 5. This is because there is no consent on behalf of jones. On no basis can we identify that jones life is less valuable then the lives of the 5 patients. The train is fast approaching within the direction of people. On one side is jones and the other side has 5 other people. You"re responsible for the direction the train moves.
