Propaganda is different from information and publicity. Propaganda is a transmission of ideas and values, selling an idea rather than the product. There are different definitions of propaganda, the common fact is that propaganda is not creating anything new it is going to work on what you know already. Doubt would be a belief at the end. Words, symbols, targets, emotions, avoid controversial, broadsheet, communication channels. It"s either good or bad, no in between, straightforward. The target needs to be very clear. The important thing is elements to be concealed.
