Recognizes that you start off at a disadvantage, compared to someone else. Men and women are different and they need different rights to achieve a level playing field. Tries to make it as equal as possible. We cannot assume that women start off at the same playing field as women. We shouldn"t give people different rights based on their different distinctions. Maternity leave should not be paid because it was their choice to get pregnant. Handicap people should not get an elevator or ramps because it"s a different need. False universality acknowledgment that we have a universality system by heterosexual men who based laws based on their own interests, therefore making the universal system not universal in any respects.
