Original - bad for health, leads to early death. New - depends on how you perceive stress. Based on two studies, one in which they studied people who died because of perceiving stress as bad and the second around blood vessels. Mask time - grey square, harder to see differences right away. Comes down to a way of being able to understand and put them into categories. Higher ones build off of basic ones. Much more complex than lists as they overlap and all three basics influence each other. Most important as it influences all cognitive processes and the only ones that don"t are automatic process and they only become automatic through attention and learning.
