Executive functions: adhd, autism, behaviour disorder, eg. Stress fight or flight: experience of repeated failure, lower sense of mastery, anxiety about meeting expectations, frustration. Mental health issues also occur because of experience. Experienced failure, i wish i could do something well . They have to work twice as hard. They experience that stress and avoid the problem with fight or flight change the direction of attention, feel better in the moment. The stress goes away when they avoid the problem (procrastinate)
