Centers on the corporation as the entity which is seen as the problem; what does the state have to do in terms of how it is related to corporations. An organized political structure that carries out tasks required by more complex societies as their population and geographic size increase, as warfare and trade expand and as social inequalities become more extreme : the state is the organized political structure. Part of this is a social control element where some of the control is carried out by the enforcement of laws and policies. They are also controlling economic elements where you have trades between different markets on a global context. The difficulty of this job since there are brokering of different interests and stakes where you need more than one person to control to avoid biases.
